Privacy notice

Patchquarter minimizes personal data. The availability form stores email, role, consent time, and source. Stripe separately processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy terms; Patchquarter does not store card numbers.

Subscriber data

To provide access, we store Stripe customer, subscription, and Checkout session identifiers, subscription status, email, and timestamps. Agency Lite also stores the app names, client labels, app types, declared API versions, and Shopify surfaces you submit. It does not request or store app source code or repository credentials. An encrypted-signature access cookie is stored in your browser. Operational logs may be retained for security and reliability.

Slack connection

If you connect Slack, the Incoming Webhook URL is encrypted before storage and used only to deliver the alerts you enable. Slack separately handles the message and workspace data under its own terms. You can disconnect the webhook from the Agency Lite dashboard.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to deliver the subscription, maintain access, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We retain subscription records as needed for those purposes, then delete or de-identify them where practical.

Your choices

You can cancel marketing email and your Stripe subscription. Requests to access or delete personal data will be handled subject to accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.
